Since 2017, Western Environmental has provided ongoing environmental services to support the Metronet suite of projects being delivered by the Public Transport Authority. Works have included site investigations, preparation of management plans to guide construction activities, technical advice regarding environmental issues of concern, and the provision of high-level client-side advice.
Projects have included multiple train station sites (Claremont, Burswood, Optus Stadium, Bayswater, Midland), and major rail lines (Morley-Ellenbrook Line, Thornlie-Cockburn Line, Yanchep Rail Extension, Airport Link).
